25.01.2022 Our Final "Come and Try" for the year is today, starting at 1pm. Cost is $50 and includes - Basic Coaching, Gun Hire, 25 shells and 25 Targets. You do not need a firearms licence to attend. If you are coming, bring shooting or safety glasses, closed in shoes and photo ID. We supply ear plugs. Don't forget to sign the Range Register and Covid register on arrival. Shooters under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult. If they are strong enough, the minimum age is 11 years old. Please report to the office on arrival. The Clubs has Eftpos facilities. Cold drinks are available and once you have finished shooting, there is a licenced bar.

21.01.2022 Event 2, 50 T Point Score and Event 3 , 15 Pair Double Rise. The winner of the Toowoomba Free Nominations Shoot off was John Simon. Well done John. Our next Event is the SEZ Zone Tower on the 29th November. The Program for this will be - 50 T Points Score ( DTL as we cannot shoot Tower until Lunch Time), then 25 T Tower (cash divide) and the final event will be the SE Zone 25T DB Tower Championship.

20.01.2022 The last monthly Trap Shoot for the year will be held this Sunday starting at 9.30 am. The Program will be - 50 Target Combination (25 T DB, 25 T SB) , 50 T Points Score and 15 Pair Double Rise. The 50 T Events will be shot in 2 visits. At the end of the day, to promote next year's 2 day Trap Shoot, we will be having a Novelty Shoot off of the highest graded scores - these shooters will shoot off a 5 target Graded Meterage Event. If there is a tie for the highest score, t...he shoot off will continue, "miss and out". The Prize is a voucher for free nominations to next year's Trap Carnival including 5 daytime High Gun Events and the SEZ Night Points Score, State Night Double Barrel and State Deauville Doubles. Total Value (Open) - $200. Our Final Shoot for the year will be the Christmas Shoot on 13th December. This will include - 25 T Skeet, 25 T Trap, 25 T Tower and the "Cricket Team" shoot.

13.01.2022 Results of Event 1, 50 T Mixed ( 25 T DB, 25 T SB).

12.01.2022 A small but enthusiastic group of Skeet Shooters braved the rain to shoot 200 Targets Doubles yesterday. Congratulations to both Glenn Walker and Chris Stumkat who managed to shoot 50/50s. Also congratulations to Chris Stumkat on managing a break of 98, which I believe is the longest doubles break in Australia for this year. A big thank you to Craig O'Neill from Chris Stumkat and myself for his coaching on Friday. Results of the first 2 Events are posted. These were shot as Graded Cash Divides and hence there are some ties. AA and A grade paid 1st and 2nd but as there were only 3 B grade and 3 C Grade shooters, there was only a prize for first. There will be Overall, Graded and Section High Guns awarded for the whole competition and once again there will be "$50 for 50/50" (must be shot on the one visit).
