20.01.2022 Dear TCO Members It is with great excitement that I can tell you that we are literally getting the band back together and that tomorrow night's rehearsal (7.30pm 30 July) is going ahead. We have some nice things planned for you, music to make together and some information below to help us stick to a Covid safe plan. Please note that our venue has changed due to the University still being shut down. Details are as follows: Rehearsal: 7.30 - 9.00pm Thursday 3...0 July Venue: De Molay Hall - 90 Margaret Street, East Toowoomba Covid Plan: - bring your instrument, own music stand (no sharing stands), pencils and water bottle - wind and brass musicians will need to bring a cloth for condensation - bring music that you have that was distributed earlier this year - hand sanitiser will be used at the beginning and end of rehearsal - high touch surfaces (light switches, door knobs) will be wiped down and sanitised by organisers Given that this is our first rehearsal back, we have some catching up to do. Therefore, the organising committee has arranged for a take away coffee van to provide us with drinks at the beginning of rehearsal (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, chai, soft drinks). Expenses have been covered. Just come and enjoy Very much looking forward to playing with you tomorrow night! claire President for TCO
