10.01.2022 Another Christmas donation this year was towards the Hike for the Homeless event coordinated by the Base Services to raise awareness of homelessness in Toowoomba. This year we contributed a donation to Leanne Phillips, one of our members who participated in this year's event and another to the Base Services. The Base provide lunchtime meals and essential care items such as blankets and clothing to people at risk of or experiencing homelessness among other great programs such as backpack beds, operation shopping trolley and 2nd shot.
