18.01.2022 There's lots to love about our 2015 Holden Caprice V...from its Bose surround sound DVD player stereo, to its tilt & slide moonroof, leather and suede interior and climate control air conditioning, not to mention all the wonderful noises Holden's 6.2L V8 makes! The best thing of all however, is this....whenever you hire this beautiful Caprice and driver to do your wedding, school formal, sightseeing tour or airport transfer, you are 100% insured, and it is 100% legal - you d...on't have to worry about your loved ones facing long legal damages bills from an accident that an illegal operator got you into because they wanted to make a couple of bucks from you. All of our vehicles are 100% legit and legal, as are all of our drivers - no dangerous uninsured cowboys do our work at all and you can be secure in the knowledge that your loved ones are safe and completely covered while in the hands of veteran professionals. All of the features and functions including the air con work as designed and your safety and comfort are our priority. It may not seem like much to get a cowboy to just do a quick run for a couple of bucks...but if it goes wrong and the worst happens, watch them run away and leave you with the damages and the bills. Its not worth the risk. Check out this warning from Queensland's Department Of Transport - "Under the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Act 1994, the operator of a public passenger service may (depending on the service being provided) be required to hold Operator Accreditation (OA), or a Booking Entity Authorisation (BEA). The operator may also require a Booked Hire Service Licence (BHSL), a Taxi Service Licence (TSL) or a Limousine Licence (LL) depending on the nature of the service or vehicle used." "Based on this definition, operators providing free transport as part of a package with a photoshoot or static display of a vehicle are providing a public passenger service. TMR does not consider this type of service a courtesy service if the free transport component is only available if you pay the package fee. As a result, operators providing these types of packaged services are required to hold OA or a BEA and may require a TSL, BHSL or LL and drivers must hold DA." 12.01.2022 Is your wedding car legitimate and insured? Do you know you have no claim on the insurance if it's not, and you may have to sue the driver in an accident to recover compensation - that's if he has any? This from Transport & Main Roads website - From 15 January it is illegal to provide a booked hire service without an approved booked hire service licence. Your special day could be trashed by a cowboy operator and you could be left high & dry - is it worth the risk?

12.01.2022 Welcome to Toowoomba's legal, safe and fully insured way to book a ride for your formal, wedding or outing. When you enquire about a car for any services you pay for - no matter whether its a carton of beer, fuel money or folding cash - that car & driver MUST be a legal operator by law. The driver risks a $22,500 fine, and your ride may be stopped by TMR compliance officers and that's not even considering that in an accident there's no insurance whatsoever because you've paid an illegal driving service. That means if you're injured, no insurance; if the car's totalled, no insurance; if the dress is ruined by something the car or driver has done, yep, no insurance. Is it worth it???

06.01.2022 DON'T GET BURNT by an unlicensed operator or booking agent - paying a driver even with fuel money or a carton of beer, VOIDS their insurance and leads them open to fines of $22,000 - more if they've acted as an agent! This is the only legal way to book a classic car for your formal or wedding - your car and driver are FULLY INSURED and COMPLETELY LEGAL - call us now!

05.01.2022 Hi guys, the 14th of November is booked.

03.01.2022 Whether it be as a photo prop, fuel money or just a couple of bucks, paying an uninsured and unlicensed formal/wedding car driver can ruin your day - accidents, breakdowns, inexperience and no comeback if you're injured. Here's how to protect yourself - - 'It's for photography purposes' - then, the vehicle will have commercial/business registration and will have both business insurance and public liability insurance. If proof cant be supplied, the driver's insurance company... will determine that a business transaction has take place in a privately registered vehicle - uninsured. Take it from us, run away. - 'It's for fuel/play/donation/cash payment' - breaks the law, no insurance. The moment the driver is 'rewarded' for the ride, ALL insurance is voided. In short, if the driver is not legal, then the ride MUST be free of charge of the passenger has no insurance cover at all Not only does an unlicensed operator risk a $21,000 fine, but they also have NO insurance because you have paid them which voids ALL policies, even if its fuel money. No third party, no business insurance, no professional insurance no nothing, and it does happen. Always ask to see proof of their accreditation and their experience - it could be more than an inconvenience that it ends up costing you. Look up their rego - if its not Booked Hire, you're dealing with an uninsured cowboy

02.01.2022 We have a white Holden Caprice that's just become available for 2019 school formals and weddings! Toowoomba formals from $220.00 Toowoomba weddings from $110.00 per hour (minimum hire 3 hours) and seven-seat people mover van for bridal party available too
