23.01.2022 Huge congratulations to Rabya Alhavdo to be the first Toowoomba State High School student who has completed the tailored school-based Certificate II Community Services Course with Aurora Training Institute: RTO Code: 32237 Toowoomba. Rabya has only spent less than 4 months completing the course and she is going to begin her new chapter with Wilsonton State School as a teacher aide. 20.01.2022 English class happening right now!!! Bestoon teaches the class and Andre helps. We always try to speak as much English as possible for the best learning outcomes. This class is a fun, friendly environment, and everybody works very hard! COMING UP SOON... We will be live streaming an English practice game. Keep an eye out - it will start in half an hour!!!

19.01.2022 Toowoomba State High School students participated in the Insight of Hairdressing and Barbering session organised by TAFE Queensland. Students had the opportunity to participate in a live demonstration by hairdressing teachers, performing different practical hairdressing and barbering tasks by using head blocks, discussing career and educational pathways on how to be a qualified hairdresser and barber in Australia.

14.01.2022 We would like to congratulate the first group of Year 12 students who have graduated yesterday from the Intensive English Program at Toowoomba State High School !!! Students have been supported by the school and Youth Hub Worker Prince to secure further education or career pathways before they graduated from school and we are so proud that they will be able to launch their next chapter. All the best to the graduates and once again congratulations on finishing school.

Lucky for you, there is a fun and educational event happening at Toowoomba Library, helping young people transition into adulthood! There will be laser tag, games, prizes and you can speak to people who can help you plan for the future. There is also free sausage sizzle dinner!
