20.01.2022 Ahead of National Water Safety Day tomorrow I would like to thank all our professional life guards working on the Central Coast and in the pools this summer, an...d the volunteer surf lifesavers, keeping everyone safe on the sand and in the water. If you are ready for the next step, to jump in and become a surf lifesaver, signing up for your bronze medallion is a start, like I did in September with Toowoon Bay SLSC.

14.01.2022 Week 2 of Nippers this Sunday 8th November 2020, 9am A couple of things that will help with Nippers * New registrations Check if you have been contacted by our registrar by email requesting proof of ID or anything else that may be required to complete your registration.... * Renewing memberships don’t forget to include payment with your registration. If you’re having trouble entering AKV, contact our registrar or send the voucher to [email protected] or 02 43322411 * Bring a water bottle, towel and warm jacket or sunshine !! Under 11’s, please bring flippers this Sunday. * Have sunscreen, your pink vest and coloured age group cap on, ready to start the activities. * Best if you use the bathroom at home before you come to Nippers. Due to COVID, the members showers/change rooms are closed and nippers are encouraged to shower at home after activities. * Arrive no later than 8.30am to allow for parents to register with the QR code. There will be tables set up near the ramp for registrations. * Nippers to sit behind their age group flag, have their names marked off the roll and have hands sanitized. * Any ordered uniforms can be collected or purchased from the uniform coordinator upstairs in the hall area. * Nipper parents/caregiver to remain near their youngest nippers activities. * We appreciate as much parental help on the day as possible. * Please remember, if you are feeling unwell, even a slightly scratchy throat, please stay at home. * We love seeing your bright, happy faces. Lets all be COVID Safe and have a great day!

If your Nippers’ name is not appearing on the roll, you will need to see our Registrar Jacqui and she will be at the beach tomorrow from 7am or come up after nippe...rs has started. 06.01.2022 Good afternoon Anyone interested in completing an ART (AID) Skills Maintenance Session/refresher is invited to contact our Chief Training Officer Sue Hale - [email protected] as soon as possible. There are still some spots left. All wishing to attend need to have completed their BM online 2020 skills maintenance modules through the Members Area (eLearning).... This is not a full training course, just a skills maintenance session with some informal 'refresher' sessions attached afterwards if required.
