15.01.2022 COVID19 has been a great obstacle to work around and an opportunity to learn ways to do things differently. My work as a practitioner at the Lifestyle Medicine ...Centre and All Elements Coaching is now mostly on Zoom. But I’ve discovered during COVID19 that walking is one of the greatest and safest ways to spend time with clients. As of today, paddling, paddle coaching, SUPping and getting back on the double ski is also allowed. Clear the blocks of the past, build your motivation, discover your passion again and start creating new, fun and enjoyable habits for your future.

01.01.2022 If ever you see a sea snake on the beach, please don't try and put back into the ocean! Call your local wildlife group as they are extremely venomous!! They com...e to shore when not well and make the call even if you think it's dead, as we have gone out to some after we were told they were dead and were in actual fact still alive!! See more
