25.01.2022 Week 10 of build! All formwork removed....there's going to be an erection next week!

23.01.2022 Week 3! Starting to look a bit tidier, thissss close to a couple of slabs! The little warehouse slab looks tiny, but will be 185m2! Welcome to studio time-lapse ha ha!

23.01.2022 The digging is well underway! Found no gold, no oil, not even any coal, so I guess I'm going to have to build a studio after all!

19.01.2022 14 days of diffusion. I ponder while sanding 870 blocks (so far....)....does this thing really work, or is it an urban myth generated by sound engineers, gear heads and audio Nazis? Mr Miyagi keeps appearing to me. I wonder if I will be any good at Karate after this?

18.01.2022 Okay.......! After having a "Pandemic Panic" and hitting pause on construction in February, I came to the conclusion that I'm going to go broke anyway so why not build it? I mean, what kind of idiot starts this type of thing up on the eve of a global depression? Me! Let's face it, I opened up Marrickville in the middle of the global financial crisis (2009), this challenge is just irresistable! Anyway, I've done a bit of redesign, I'm starting to gear up a few innovations, and it will end up being a great studio for as long as it lasts ha ha! At least I've always sterilized my mics after every use! Now I'll just have to hose everyone down with disinfectant !

17.01.2022 Week 2, footings cemented, got some retaining walls and started forming up for the first slab!

15.01.2022 Got some footings and there's gonna be a slab here soon! That's me in the back corner of the monitoring room for Studio Five......c'mon, use your imagination ha ha! And it might end up being Studio Four cos I've turned Studio Two into a giant monitoring room for Studios One and Three !

14.01.2022 Today is the 2 year anniversary of moving out of Marrickville and handing over the keys! To mark the occasion....poured out a slab ha ha (....now that hasn't taken long at all has it!) and mounted some more posters!

08.01.2022 Hard to get off, mounted half of them now. Saved most, but some just disintergrated! Might I recommend Aldi double sided tape? Bastard to get off!
