25.01.2022 Our heritage work continues with Bakers Terrace working with Icon Co on The Harrington Collection in The Rocks. Bakers Terrace was built 1800s and the heritage listed building will be meticulously restored to maintain its historical charm. Our upgrade and replacement work includes Hardwood Joist, Flooring, Balconies, External Doors, Architraves, Roof and Door Frames. Our team will also install a new timber staircase and Metal Heritage Balustrades, which often adorn Victorian period terraces.

24.01.2022 PROJECT COMPLETION: Judith Neilson Institute of Journalism & Ideas We are proud to share the finished results of our work on this stunning project with Infinity Constructions Group Pty Ltd. This was an interesting project featuring existing heritage elements combined with a new contemporary modern build. The newly completed Judith Neilson Institute for Journalism and Ideas will promote independent quality journalism.... Our scope included all carpentry works, heritage refurbishment and joinery supply and install in American Oak with brass metal detailing and signage. 24.01.2022 It has been a busy week of production for our Sydney factory team. The template has been set up for the intricate ceiling leaves required for our King and Phillip Project. Work for our Monash University project is also coming together nicely with the final assembly of frames for the first two levels well underway. The team are also gearing up to start milling the next batch of Victorian Ash frames which will go through our machines next week.

23.01.2022 Cross Laminated Timber installation taking strides in mass timber construction and sustainability. CLT was the most efficient construction methodology solution for the Elizabeth Street site and has proven its efficiency so far.

22.01.2022 Spotted Gum Structural pergola for the Little National Hotel - This will be fully dry assembled on our staging area on our shop floor and flat packed for transport to site. Once it reaches site it will be craned to roof top and stored until ready to construct at a later stage of the project.

22.01.2022 Our project for Monash University in Melbourne has been pushing ahead and our NSW team are manufacturing external and internal timber windows. Due to the restricting conditions in Victoria, our team have accelerated work and are beginning to start the milling process for the next two levels. Our Melbourne & Sydney teams have been working very closely to ensure a smooth project delivery despite the challenges of Covid-19.

21.01.2022 Lukas is working on laminating custom made curved soffit panels for our NAB Bank project. The finished panels will be veneered with Blackbutt veneer leaf, each with a custom perforated pattern created in-house with acoustic fabric fitted to the rear. #customjoinery #curvedjoinery

20.01.2022 Here are the beautiful results from our project at the new CommBank head office at the Australian Technology Park. A mix of corian and polyurethane has been used for the timber seating area, which not only gives a beautiful finish but will endure the test of time. The bench seating area includes steel tables clad in corian and blackbutt veneer over concrete. Corian has also been used for the feature walls in The Forum which encircle the stage area. Recycled Australia hardwo...od has been used for the staircase which was installed and integrated into steel and upholstery for a unique result. The lobby area features rimex and aluminium wall panelling in custom geometric shapes, creating a memorable entrance to the building. 20.01.2022 Stress can be very prominent in the construction industry and paired with the current economic climate, it is important for our team to take time out for themselves and clear their minds. This week we have introduced Breathwork & Meditation sessions which can help to optimise health and well-being and can be used to improve a range of issues including stress, depression, anxiety and anger. 20.01.2022 New Project Win | Natura Macquarie Park We are looking forward to working with Watpac on their upcoming Natura Macquarie Park project which will deliver two 21 storey towers comprising of 334 luxury apartments. The project also includes a retail tenancy on the ground floor and our team will be working on the timber flooring package.

19.01.2022 Our workshop team have been busy manufacturing poly coated columns for our @crownsydney Sky Lounge project. The CNC finished frames and substrate structures are all unique; no two columns are the same as they lean in a different orientation. Our site and workshop team have worked collectively on every aspect of planning and production to ensure a seamless project delivery.

18.01.2022 Project Update: Kurraba Point Display Suite This was a unique project working with Thirdi Group on the luxurious Kurraba Point Display Suite at the Royal Sydney Yacht Squadron. With only 24 hours to deliver the display suite, our team got to work on transforming the main function room into a fully functioning display suite and sales area. ... This included building and installing walls, timber floors, metalwork, doors, stone & joinery to meet the deadline. All items were pre-fabricated off site as no building works were permitted on the day. Just adding to the many challenges that we overcame to deliver the space. 12.01.2022 We are loving the finished results of our Creek Street project with #BroadConstruction in Queensland. Our Brisbane team worked on the Silvertop Ash feature stair case and wall cladding throughout all levels. We are particularly proud of the finished results of the wall cladding in the foyer and lift area. 09.01.2022 We have more exciting work in progress for our @multiplexconstruction__au One Denison project. In addition to our cola bottle shaped GRC Bar faade, we are also working on banquet seating which will have GRC cladding wrapping around both curved ends. Spanning 14 metres in length, this will be a striking centrepiece once it has been fully wrapped and installed. We cant wait to show you the finished results.

08.01.2022 Being involved in heritage projects always gives us great satisfaction. We love restoring buildings to their former glory. We have been working on the Loftus Lane heritage project with @belmadar which includes the base-build refurbishment of two 19th century heritage buildings. Our team have been working on both buildings; the Gallipoli Memorial Club which dates back to 1880 and Hinchcliff House which is a heritage-listed 1860s wool-store.... These photos are from the work we have completed on Hinchcliff House which is being converted into a three-storey retail and dining venue. Were sure youll agree, the final results our team have delivered are absolutely stunning.

Curved Blackbutt balustrade panels have also been mocked up to ensure a flawless fit before being sent to our spray shop for painting.

03.01.2022 There are several stages of production to create the curved sound proofed soffit panels used for our NAB Bank project. The first stage is spreading glue onto a sheet of long grain bendy using multiple layers before they go into a former. Once ready, a final layer of veneer is added and the layers go into the curved formers for 24hrs whilst the glue sets. ... Next, we unclamp and prepare the panels by trimming the edges and adding the edging to all sides. Finally, they are sanded and passed onto our spray shop for painting before being installed on site. #curvedjoinery #customjoinery

02.01.2022 PROJECT COMPLETION | M by Montefiore Our team have completed the joinery install, doors and panelling for our M by Montefiore project with @richardcrookesconstructions Our scope of works included sculpt form wall battening and mirrors in the lobbies, function room wall panelling and pivot doors and timber entry frames. This Randwick based project is really setting the bar for retirement living with its high-end finish and luxury Independent Living Units.

Our factory team are working on a Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) bar frame which is being manufactured from structural plywood. This is just one component of our exciting scope on this job.
