As a family, we have an extensive background in the hospitality industry. Michael has been a qualified Chef for the best part of 20 years. Michael and Tanya have owned two businesss in the Shoalhaven. The first being Nowra Fresh Fish Chips and Takeaway, the second being The Salty Crab Seafood Shack in Vincentia Market Place. We have successfully run these two takeaway business over a period of 10 years. With this background of working in the kitchen, we have extensive experience and knowledge in both hood cleaning and running a business.
