25.01.2022 Unfortunately it seems appropriate not to have our meditation group tonight and maybe for the next couple of weeks whilst we wait and see what is decided for us in terms of the virus hopefully dying down really fast or us going into serious isolation. I must admit I have been somewhat in denial (haven’t cancelled my holiday!) and thinking there’s a lot of hype going on, and there is, and I do understand it is a deadly disease for some, but if we follow the protocols from the... sensible advisors I think we would be in a much better state of mind. The best advice I have heard is: * gargle at least once a day with either warm salt water or vinegar or whatever gargle you have been recommended. * drink plenty of fluids which we should be doing anyway, preferably warm, but apparently if you do get the bacteria in your throat and wash it down into your gut it will be killed by the stomach acid. * increase your intake of zinc and vitamin C and whatever else your Homeopath or naturopath or healthcare practitioner has recommended * eat a real healthy diet to to support your immune system, again every day advice but critical at this time * wash your hands and practice extra good hygiene and always seek medical advice when in doubt. I am not a healthcare practitioner but love sharing sensible healthy news and good advice that I have received. I am a qualified energetic healer and Reiki Master and I can do distant healings for those in need. I can also make up flower remedies to support your emotional well-being without the need of a consultation. By the way did you know that so far 93% who have contracted this covid -19 disease have healed completely and 97% of active cases are mild. 21.01.2022 Good morning! I’ve just been out standing in the beautiful light rain grounding and hand feeding a king parrot. A beautiful reminder that now is time to stop and smell the roses and appreciate nature. As I won’t be able to host meditation tonight I’m going to do some animal healing instead so if you would like to post a picture or the name and breed of an animal who needs some loving or healing please post it today and I will tune in tonight. 12.01.2022 Good morning beautiful souls I have just read a fabulous factual article by Dr Bruce Lipton, world renowned and highly respected biologist and author about the corona virus.. I was unable to copy or share it but it was the best article I’ve read and would allay any fear or drama around this hype and scare mongering. If you have time, fear, or need to reassure someone, look it up, a great perspective from a very respected authority. Dr Northrup advises just up your vitamin ...C. Another very respected and wise authority. Most local doctors aren’t even testing for the virus, we don’t need to add to the panicking or statistics when there’s other more important things to be focusing on in our world of health and healing. If you’re old and have underlying health issues you’re more at risk for any cold and flu including this strand which apparently has dubious origins .. so please quit the hype or buying into it and focus on the sunshine, love, good food and positive energy in your life.
