25.01.2022 Mazda 3.. Customer complaining about a bad Idle and the vehicle was not running properly. We found the issue to be a very dirty Throttle Body. 25.01.2022 This Toyota Hilux Surf was very hard to start and was causing alot of grief for its owner. When we inspected it we found alot of issues... We found the injectors had been leaking and blocked, glow plugs had been broken, radiator was leaking from a previously repaired leak, alot of the sensor wires had been torn from the plugs due to heat and old age, throttle body bolt had been stripped prior which was causing it the engine to loose boost and the throttle body and intake mani...fold was covered in so much soot and carbon. So we installed brand new injectors, new return rail, 3 core aluminum radiator, retapped the thread and installed the throttle body cleaned the whole intake system, installed new glow plugs, rewired the plugs for the sensors and we gave it a coolant flush. 21.01.2022 Mitsubishi Lancer originally came in due to an oil leak.. Found that the Camshaft and Crank seals causing the leak. We also found the water pump to be full of rust and noisy.... Whilst test driving the vehicle, we discovered the Thermostat to be stuck open. So we replaced the water pump and installed a new timing belt kit to the vehicle. 18.01.2022 Bills F6 came in for a check over and to fix an oil leak... Upon inspection we had found that the cam sensors had been leaking due to someone putting silicone glue around the sensors. We removed and replaced them with brand new genuine sensors. We also found the radiator had been leaking so we replaced it with a new radiator. ... We then gave the vehicle a full service and replaced the cracked fuel hoses and found the oil drain hose was burnt which couldve caught fire so we made up a new oil drain and cleaned up the engine bay. 16.01.2022 WE ARE BACK !! Weve been busy working on a big project... This S15 came in with low compression & kept shooting the dipstick out, spraying oil all over the engine bay. ... So we pulled the engine out, pulled the stock intercooler out and now its getting a full built engine. We also noticed the engine bay was in pretty bad condition, so we stripped it all back, fixed up the rust, primered it and sprayed the engine bay. 16.01.2022 Another happy customer !! Ford falcon G6E customer complaining about a thumping noise when taking off. Found the issue to be the transmission mount. Her previous mechanic told her it was the differential bushes. However upon inspection we found the bushes to be fine. We know that the differential bushes are common and very expensive to change in this model falcon.... However, we saved her alot of money and time away from the vehicle. She also complained about her vehicle shuddering violently when the brakes were applied so weve also replaced her front disks and brake pads. The car drives as if it were new again! 14.01.2022 Were changing the Mobile Mechanic game!! Customer had originally called up complaining about his tyre rubbing on the wheel arch. When we inspected the trailer we found the locating bolt for the leaf spring had snapped, causing the wheel to rub. We have repaired the leaf spring and installed new U bolts and extra supporting plates to eliminate this issue in future. The customer also found out that were not your average Mobile Mechanics...... He wanted Top Class to wire in lights all over the boat and a sound system with upgraded speakers. So we did just that! The under water lights are fully controlled by his phone. As you can see, all the wires have been dual wall heat shrinked and neatly run. We can say hes very excited to try his new setup on this gorgeous boat. 10.01.2022 This IS300 with a 2jz came to our workshop completely stock with a blown automatic transmission. We then decided to convert the transmission from auto to manual using a custom clutch, R154 gearbox, custom tailshaft & gearbox crossmember. We also installed coilover suspension. 09.01.2022 Renault Clio came in after the customer was complaining about it being hard to start and a bad Idle... So what we did was, we found the fuel filter was so blocked and dirty, that it was only flowing around 20%. Next we found the high tension leads were shorting out, causing the miss fire.... So we put high performance leads and new platinum plugs which gave the intake and throttle body a good clean. We also gave it a service & now it runs like a brand new vehicle.
