Psychologist Martin Seligman studied several hundred people in a religious community; he divided them into quartiles, ranging from the most to the least optimistic. 90% of the optimists were alive at 85, ... 34% of the naysayers made it to the same age. 20.01.2022 This is delayed.... so SO delayed.... but I've gotta give a shout out to Ryan Jessup for getting up on stage for his first EVER comp, WBFF GC a few weeks back. He didn't place but he sure did have some tough competition! It was a great experience for him none the less and I'm sure he is pumped for his next show!!! :) Be proud of what you achieved, mate. My heart explodes this morning with both joy & pride!!! i can't wipe the smile off my face. :D To these girls, who have got out of bed when its cold, dark & even raining outside to come along to our 6.15am Bootcamp over the past 4 weeks, we applaud you. ... You no longer complain or say you can't do something. You push further, go harder & for longer. Day 1 you all struggled with knee pushups... well look at you now! It goes to show how dedication, passion, fun & persistence pays off. Anything is possible. You just have to first try, believe & take ACTION. Well done. it's been such a rewarding journey.
