16.01.2022 {{ Return to office }} Today we return back to work after a wonderful Christmas and new year break. We hope all our staff and clients have had ample down time to rest, recover and prepare for what will be our biggest year yet. We have so much in the pipeline for this year and we cant wait to get sharing and working with you all.

11.01.2022 This is Kerry... The man... The myth.... The legend Kerry is our Operations manager, he is out managing our teams at ground level, on-site getting down and dirty with the rest of the team. ... He has been in the drilling game for over 40years. He started off as and off sider (like we all do) then moved up and up and up. This legend has been climbing the ladder for a long time and sat on top of his game for even longer. For the past 17 years, Kerry has spent time overseas heading teams in a diverse range of drilling methods including diamond core drilling, RC, Air core, down hole hammer, tubes casing advancing systems and mud rotary. Safety is very important to Kerry and paramount to his teams welfare. His attention to details is second to none. While currently Topdrives Operations Manager he has wore many hats in his time, some of these include Company director, Site manager, and even Country manager. 09.01.2022 So what are we all doing this week you ask? Rig 3 mods and maintenance are complete and now in Marble Bar Rig 4 in working away in the East Goldfields... Air core rig heading for the Fraiser range Its all systems go over here. We have some exciting things coming soon as the northern operations start to warm up.

08.01.2022 We have take off. Yesterday we sent a team out to Mt Holland. This is our first job out for 2020, as we like to take time off over Christmas and then use the down time for maintenance. Rig 1 is one of our Aircore rigs during our maintenance period this rig has had a full engine rebuild. The team are in transit And get ready to mobilise. This is a new client and we are thrilled to show them what we can achieve. ... Bring on a Stella 2020.

08.01.2022 {{ Christmas closure }} Wow what a 2019 we have had. We would like to thank everyone for all their hard work and effort throughout 2019. We have had our most successful year to date. We will be out of office now until the 13th Jan. and then had 2 days of professional development with our staff before returning to regular duties. ... We want to wish all our staff and clients a merry Christmas and a safe new year. Stay safe, enjoy the down time with your friends and family. And we look forward to a prosperous 2020 with you all.

07.01.2022 {{Education }} Have you checked out our stories? Yesterday we had our team do a Remote Response training course at SETS. It was incredible. We feel that if we are sending a team out in to remote areas we want to know that they are all trained in how to save someone if they need to. And quite often what is covered in a basic senior first aid course doesnt cover what we encounter while on site. Check out our stories for an insight.

02.01.2022 Have you met Marchus? Marchus is our managing director and point of contact for all clients and if that doesnt keep him busy enough he also manages our field crews. Drilling is in his blood he has been around a drill rig since the tender age of 3, when OH & S rules didnt exist. Hes also a third generation driller, with over 20 years drilling under his belt so he knows his way around a rig.... On top of all this, for the past 7 years he has been wearing a different hat, hes been a operations manager, OHS and HR manager and a general manager all in the mining industry. If that doesnt qualify him to be the best person for the job then we dont know what does.
