21.01.2022 Well as I drove to the #2 Duathlon today my earworm song was Billy Ocean- When the going gets tough the tough get going. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-n3sUWR4FV4... Yes, these short duathlon events are tough. Full-on sprint. Not to mention the heat, the humidity plus being on a hot bitumen track this song played loud in my ear. Well done to everybody who raced today. Captain Underpants had bike issues but still did some sizzling run legs. Even superheroes have bike issues. Sinead, Sue, Gary, and myself toughed it out and all did well. Gary is now on his taper for Cairns 70.3 . If you up for a waterfront swim tomorrow afternoon around 4.30 Ish I am sure Gary and Wanda would like some company as Gary does a wetsuit time trial as a hit out for Cairns. Where were you?

20.01.2022 Sorry, cycling is cancelled this morning. Take care.
