05.01.2022 Happy new year to all. I hope everyone has been using their Christmas and holiday time to enjoy it with family and friends. The new year is only hours away and with that comes some excitement for what we all hope will be a better year. We have had a very good year considering the uncertainty with the global pandemic, being able to continue going out camping and enjoying social meetings/gatherings. We already have a number of 4wd trips in planning to make the most of the comi...ng years long weekends and holidays. We plan to continue 4wding and camping with the MOU agreement into secluded areas of the NT; new and old places that our amazing members have opened up for club trips. Some of these photos below have been taken in on these MOU trips and other trips throughout the NT. A thing to note is the Top End 4wd Club does not have any meetings in January, our first meeting is in February. There are not many club trips during the wet season due to excessive amounts of water everywhere. We look forward to seeing you all at our next club meeting, Monday 1st of February. Hope everyone enjoys their new years celebrations, cheers to the new year.
03.01.2022 Its the weekend again. What adventures are you up to? Last weekend saw our 4wd club out on a day trip exploring tracks to areas only a short trip down the highway. Tight tracks and some technical sections had everyone enjoying the trip out, some getting into more trouble than others. A lovely spot to kick back and enjoy lunch. Good to get out into the dusty country, still surprising to see how much water was about. -Ryan
