22.01.2022 Melbourne, we have missed you! Congratulations on smashing the second wave. Great news - Gyms have been deemed SAFE to re-open, woo-hoo! Subject to health advice, we are tentatively set to re-open 9th of November. Due to density limits, to keep it fair and safe we have designed a booking system which is live on our website. 20.01.2022 As of 23rd of November 2020, our density limits have increased! However, please continue to book in for contact tracing purposes. We are now open to all members of the public with double bookings also now available (2hr sessions). Masks to be worn outside when social distancing is not possible, and worn inside when not engaging in strenuous exercise.... Personal training sessions will also re-commence! Send us a message to book one today!

Our team understands this is for the best and we wish you all to keep safe and well. Memberships will be paused or extended depending on your membership- you don't need to do anything. 15.01.2022 !! ANNOUNCEMENT !! Have you heard the news? Victoria has effectively eliminated the virus from our state! From this Monday 30th of November bookings will no longer be required. ... We will be utilising GuestTrack QR code check-ins, a fully private, secure and encrypted service that allows us to do contact free record keeping for your safety. Please continue to book your sessions as normal up till and including this Sunday. Please remember; - bring, and use, a clean large towel - wear a mask on entry (does not need to be worn when you're out of breath, but have it on you at all times.. not our rule its a Government requirement) - book your appointments as normal until this Sunday the 29th of November - from Monday, check-in when you enter the facility *any questions or concerns please chat to us at reception, we will have alternative check-in processes for those who are not compatible with QR codes

07.01.2022 We have made our booking system super easy and user friendly, but if you need a bit of help navigating this new feature check out this 'How To' video. Although we are 'tentatively' opening on the 9th of November, with another day of zero cases we are confident enough to be accepting bookings now.
