As a result of the subdivision, the retained home was left with a tight & unusable space. TOPIA designed an outdoor entertaining space which complimented the heritage of the 1950s home with the use of red bricks whilst also introducing modern materials such as natural stone pavers & a timber bench seat with built in storage. ... The site contained an old red brick alfresco area which was dark & uninviting as well as an aged outdoor bathroom & pool area. ... Through the use of 3D software we were able to walk the Client through their Hamptons outdoor entertainment area, new kitchen & dining space, refreshed open shower & new pool area with a custom designed lounge which also provides seating to the upper level. Can’t wait to see this built..

TOPIA were engaged to provide retrospective Council Approval drawings for an already constructed pool & retaining wall. TOPIA put together & led a team which included Structural Engineers, Pool Builders & a Concrete Scanning Company to retrospectively create structural drawings to reach Council Approval & signoff. ... 07.01.2022 PROJECT // Twin Waters Apartments, SOUTH PERTH TOPIA were engaged by Escape Garden Design & Construction (http://www.escapewa.com.au) to provide a full landscape design package including 3D visualisations for the renovation of this existing Apartment Complex. 04.01.2022 PROJECT // Edna Street, DALKEITH TOPIA were engaged by Escape Garden Design & Construction (http://www.escapewa.com.au) to provide a full landscape design package including 3D visualisations for the renovation of this existing front garden. TOPIA took a flat space & created multiple levels within the design with a sunken entertainment space with inbuilt seating & a central firepit, raised grassed area & a water feature with a raised garden bed to the centre.... 02.01.2022 NATURE PLAY // LJB College TOPIA were engaged by Escape Garden Design & Construction (http://www.escapewa.com.au) to provide a coloured hand sketched concept design of a new Nature Playspace. The design transformed an old, run down sand pit into a space that enables imaginative & unstructured play based learning. With cubby houses & timber platforms that cater for level change as well as stepping logs, balancing beams, a dry creek bed & waterplay, the design caters for kids of all ages.

01.01.2022 PROJECT // Clevedon Street, KARRINYUP TOPIA were engaged to provide a landscape concept design for this garden renovation. The site contained a steep sloping grade across the full length of the block which enabled us to create an interesting multi levelled space. The various levels enabled us to expose one face of the pool creating an infinity edge & water feature facing the new alfresco area. ... Level changes within your space should be celebrated an never feared. Enhancing those level changes can create great gardens & intimate spaces. Construction underway soon!
