25.01.2022 Wanna hear a reno nightmare? I have a ripper for you! Imagine this right... you have a bathroom you are going to renovate you do all the right things. Get ...quotations off all the right people put together your budget and it justs fits within the budget you allowed. Wicked right? Were all good to go you think... BUT WAIT! Did you allow for the possibility that something could go wrong? NOPE? Well, you are about to find out the floor joists in your bathroom are rotten? Yep, thats going to cost you an extra $1000 to replace. Your budget was already bursting at the seams and your builder has gutted your entire bathroom to find a BIG problem that you cannot afford. What are you going to do? I know what youre not going to do - make the mistake of doing that again... not making a 10-25% allowance for those issues that just seem to pop out of nowhere is one of the most common mistakes I see reno rookies make. Dont be that person Youre welcome! This couldve happened in this project if my very observant builder Peter hadnt noticed the sag in the floor. So make sure you have the best of the best on-site with you! They will save you the heartache. Plus I had an allowance of 20% for issues like this on this specific Job! 20.01.2022 Productive day at Longford job for the Topnotch team. Trusses arrived this morning and all standing by the arvo. Cold foggy start to the day but came out perfect after lunch. Hopfully plenty more sunny days ahead.

19.01.2022 Few photos of a recently completed en suite transformation. Redesigning a small room can have its own set of challenges. However with the right bathroom upgrades you can help create the illusion of space. -Full demolition of the old bathroom. Fixed existing water damage. Set out for new layout, Re plaster ceiling and walls. Waterproof walls and floors. Fit new 100mmx300mm subway tiles on wall areas & 400mmx400m tiles on floor. Fit off new vanity, recessed mirror cabinet, corner shower unit, back to wall toilet and new cavity slider door. Installed Sahara Bathroom 4 In 1 High Powered Heat, Light, Cooling and Exhaust Fan in ceiling space.

17.01.2022 We had the challenge & privilege of converting an old barn on a farm property into a new 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, open plan living granny flat. We stripped a majority of the existing dwelling and straightened the external walls and roof. New internal framing to take new layout and created raked square set ceilings with exposed beams for character. New double glaze windows/doors. Cement sheet weather boards, sharp line color bond cladding. New joinery in kitchen, bedroom and w...ardrobes. Tiled bathroom with new vanity, toilet and shower unit. High quality vinyl planks throughout living, kitchen and hallway and new carpet in bedroom. Recently installed a Pellet fire system for heating. Huge thank you to our fantastic clients. 12.01.2022 Both the client & us really enjoyed seeing this bathroom renovation take shape. We relocated the doorway to this room onto another wall, using a cavity slider. This allowed us to change the whole lay out of bathroom.
