"On the 29th of May I weighed 91.7kg so ...I decided I needed a change to get fit and healthy. So I started a program with Dom with a goal to lose 5-10kg in 12 weeks. To this day I have lost 10kg and feel amazing. I couldn’t have achieved this goal without the amazing help of Dom.
