15.01.2022 THE PERFECT ITEM. Why is it that we the consumer purchase on looks not taste? It has to be the biggest, perfect in shape, no imperfections... I am even guilty myself at times... But if the everyday consumer saw the wastage of fruit that we produce during cherry season you would be shocked.. all perfect in taste but maybe a little small etc. So my rant is we are all a little imperfect in our own little ways so how about we give our fruit and veggies a break and in doing so help the Australian farmers
