20.01.2022 Finally.... at 3 mins 50 secs there is a brief mention of black coat colour adversely affecting the ability of bovines to handle Australian climatic conditions. A huge animal welfare issue. Imagine if activists were ever to get a hold of it!!?? If blacks no go, go Grey. (or silver) ;)

Carlinga results- all 3 bulls sold, to the equal sale top of $10,000 twice (Pe...rseus and Pontiac) and an average of $8000, and my pen of commercial 10-12 month old heifers sold for $1425 per head ($4.33 per kg). Thanks to the crew at Colin Say & Co P/L for your great work. Congrats to all vendors on another excellent lineup of cattle. This years Youth heifer, Benview Bella Q4 topped the fema...le portion at $5000 and has sold to QLD. Congratulations to Kay Bell of Del-Gowrie. We hope you enjoy your new heifer and hope she travels well. Thank to Benview Murray Greys owners Aimee Bendottiand son Jensen for donating such a top notch heifer, the youth can’t thank you enough for your support this year. Thanks goes to Crystal Lea Belland Geordie Elliott behind Prairie Falls Murray Greys for preparing this heifer since February and for housing her.
