06.01.2022 Christmas Closure! Just want to say a quick thank to the amazing support we have from all you fitness lovers! Especially in this crazy year. Unfortunately we will be closing down for Christmas a lot earlier than planned as Dan has to have knee surgery on the 2nd Dec. We will be closed from Wednesday 2nd Dec and be back in full swing Monday 11th Jan 2021.... Keep your eyes on the page as we may hold some fitness sessions in this time once Dan is able to do so.
