19.01.2022 Im obsessed with our HairCovery Range! Shampoo, Condtioner, Serum and Volumising Spray! Below is written by a fellow seni sister! For those of you who don’t k...now I’ve been Hairdressing for 11 years and stock SeneGence product in my salon I literally always sell out of this range! And my customers who have invested in the range return for more! Don’t let the price of the products scare you - never pre judge what a customer is willing to spend on themselves Here’s my top tips I’ve shared before but it’s always great to refresh! I want to explain this in the most simple terms, so that its easy for you to understand and pass on to your customers - knowledge is power Our Hair care line is designed to revive dry, dull and thinning hair! It enhances thickness and volume. The hair growth ingredient, Capixyl, improves the hair growth cycle by stimulating the hair follicle regeneration process to activate hair growth and even ‘wakes up’ dormant hair follicles to start producing hair again! Capixyl swells the hair shaft to make the hair appear fuller and have more volume which also works to minimise hair loss as it stops it from falling out of the hair bulb! - Think Botox for hair! As well as stimulating the scalp, Capixyl also works to repair damaged hair (mid lengths and ends) , improving its shine and texture. As Capixyl is a stimulating ingredient its normal to feel a slight tingling the 1st few times you use the shampoo, this is a good thing so don’t worry! HairCovery range is safe for coloured hair, for blondes who use a ‘purple shampoo’ for there colour, let them know they can alternate between that and HairCovery Shampoo or I personally mix the 2 together in my hand then shampoo. Don’t be heavy handed, a little of the shampoo goes a long way! The size of a 10c piece is plenty! my 1st bottle lasted me 4 months. Conditioner will depend on the length and thickness of your hair, you will most likely finish the bottle of conditioner up 1st. The Shampoo and conditioner need to be rinsed thoroughly, when you think you’ve rinsed it enough, rinse again for best results! It is completely normal for it to take 1-2 weeks for your hair to adjust to the Shampoo and Conditioner, your hair may feel oily to start with, this completely settled down for me and I now need to wash my hair even less then I did before! Win! I recommend doing 2 shampoos if you like to stretch time out between washes. Because the Shampoo is Sulfate free don’t expect to get lots of bubbles! This is actually a good thing as sulfate is what makes other shampoos bubble and is actually a very drying ingredient (think using drying soap in your hair, yuk!) I personally put the shampoo in my palms and rub it together 1st before rubbing it in my hair to get some bubbles The range is also Paraben free, Silicon Free, Gluten free and of cause Animal by product free and NOT tested on Animals and is safe for children too. HairCovery Serum is applied to the scalp, apply a small amount everyday to areas you want to improve thickness or regenerate growth. (Also use on the days you don’t wash your hair) You will feel results very quickly as the hair instantly feels thicker, but true results can take up to 3 months (that’s how long it takes new hairs to grow through your layers of skin!!) so encourage your clients to stick with it Haircovery Thickening and Volumising Holding spray can be used on wet or dry hair! This product is absolutely amazing for creating volume at the roots, with out feeling sticky, tacky or crunchy! Apply to roots and blowdry in, again dont be heavy handed with the product! It has a great hold that will last all day. The spray also contains Capixyl to nourish the hair and create shine and stimulate the scalp This is a non areosol spray and is also available in a smaller 100ml travel size! Samples are available in the back office for the 3, Shampoo, Conditioner and serum for only $1.50! Hand those babies out like candy and make sure you follow up to see what your customers think! I actually can’t keep these products on my shelf I keep selling out! This how I sell it to my customers I’m honest with my clients the first thing I say is - it isn’t cheap, But it works! Also that my results have come just from the shampoo, if they have really fine hair I recommend the serum also as they will get even better results! As most of my clients are blonde - or have coloured hair I don’t often recommend the conditioner as I don’t find it conditioning and heavy enough, especially with blondes! But they appreciate my honesty and that builds a lot of trust with them. The volumising and thickening spray speaks for its self! As soon as they see the results they can’t go home with out it! I simply say I’m going to use this new volumising miracle spray with your blow dry today, I’ve never used anything as good as this in my 11 years of hair dressing and that gets them very interested!! Then they love the results I think the best thing for me is that I use the product and can see the results in my own hair!
