01.01.2022 100% grass fed goodness. Our Belted Galloway cattle happily grow free range on our property in Tuerong, just 10 minutes up the road. Animals are processed between two and three years old and then dry aged, which gives the meat a magnificent full flavour. A little goes a long way.
