Healthy Meals u need no cooking skills for & really quick but still nutritious & delicious QUICK HEALTHY MEAL Shredded Pork & Coleslaw w Caramalised Onion Chobani Dip in a Quinoa Wrap. The brand Chobani do yoghurt based dips and good low calorie option, replacing mayo or dressings. The shredded pork I buy from the meat section at Woolworths. 04.01.2022 QUICK HEALTHY MEAL ~ Chicken Yiros & Tabouli salad with Beetroot Tzaziki. All u need is Chicken Yiros Marinated Meat (Coles) 100g per serve Quinoa Tabouli (Coles) 1 cup per serve Shredded Cheese 10g per serve Beetroot Tzaziki 20g per serve Macros = 440 cal - 20g Carbs - 30g Fat & 27g Protein. This dish is a bit high in fat as the chicken is marinated in a fair amount of oil, u could cut down the fat & calories of this dish by buying chicken thigh fillets diced and marinating in a small qty of oil, dried oregano, garlic, pepper. Tabouli is labour intensive to make and this one from Coles deli section is made with Quinoa & delicious I also ripped up a pita bread to serve with my husbands. #healthyfood#healthylifestyle#flexibledieting#iifym#fit#fitspo#health#food#salad

I do an Awesome Muay Thai class, each session we do something we think is beyond our capabilities, we give it a good crack! There are so many benefits of stepping out the comfort zone ; u take risks - with risks u can feel failure which can be diminished by the feeling of greatness that can also be achieved. creativity is enhanced - being open to new thoughts and ...increasing ur creative intelligence will help motivate u and live life to ur full potential change becomes easier - life is about change. If u have stepped out ur comfort zone ur better equipped to face these challenges your confidence grows - it can give u great satisfaction achieving something new that u never thought u could do Our bodies are amazing - let's make the MOST of what we have got!
