21.01.2022 Strength is on the Rise. Muscle definition is starting to show again. Size has a good way to go to get back to where It was before, But it will come! - Take your time, put in work & be patient.....
03.01.2022 Right lads & Ladies As Some of ye May know I have had to Take a Break from Personal Training over the last few months with been away on my Regional Farm work, But will be back in Sydney soon and looking to get back into It. Over the next few weeks I will be starting to take on New Face Time clients for one to one Personal Training session ...
