22.01.2022 Whales, whales and more whales. Now is the time to come and experience these magestic creatures just so close you can almost touch them. Not only are there whales but also dophins swimming around the whales. I had guests yesterday who have seen whales in other parts of the world including Africa and Australia and never had an experience like this. Don't wait come now. 20.01.2022 What a difference a year makes. My first guests checked in to Torquay Terrace Bed & Breakfast on 18th October 2015. It was certainly a bit of a roller coaster ride from when the property was purchased in June through the renovations for the next few months to the big move and arriving on 8th October. I now have bookings out to September 2017 and looking forward to the next 12 months. Thank you to everyone who has supported me through this journey and to those in Hervey Bay who have welcomed me. Bring on another year!

15.01.2022 To say it has been an amazing few weeks and the culmination of an challenging year in an understatement. Last night was the Fraser Coast Busines and Tourism Awards and I am so proud to have won the award for Best New Business and earlier in the month I won the Luxury Travel Guide, Asia and Australasia Awards, Luxury Bed and Breakfast of the Year, Australia. I am still somewhat dumbfounded and awed and the change in my life in one year. I just have to say thank you so everyone who has participated in my life in this past year.
