Instead, eat fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats (a sensible, plant-based, Mediterranean-style diet). #2 Let your body burn fat between meals. Dont snack. Be active throughout your day. Build muscle tone.... #3 Consider a simple form of intermittent fasting. But we are social animals and you can only do so much online. I have committed to one night per week to getting outside and making myself available to my Community here in Glenorchy, Tasmania. I have about 12 hours of letter boxing ahead of me to deliver my personal invitations. Each one is delivered with a little prayer for peace and good health ...in that home/unit/apartment. ( I apologise in advance though for the many letterboxes with No Junk Mail stickers on them. I decided part way through my first hour that I had better self categorise as not being junk mail otherwise it would take twice as long for this one off.
