We also wanted to explore the trans-generational trauma that has impacted Australia and how this is perpetuated with the lack of historical knowledge and education. Fred and I want to challenge cultural norms and beliefs that have lead to psychological disempowerment and limited the beliefs of a people for many generations. We want to deeply explore the idea that the cultural knowledge existing in this nation is immensely valuable to the ideas and conversations of environment, community, economic trade, creative arts, culture and tourism.
