21.01.2022 Heres a sneak peak of our Mackay Motorsports Club Inc. hillclimb that happened last year. We are accepting Expression of interests in the event. This event requires a minimum of 60 Vehicles to be able to run. We cant run these events for the community without support. The MMC work hard to make these events happen.

19.01.2022 We love a good heartwarming happy post, but today it’s not a happy one, we have been targeted in minor theft for the 5th time this year, things that aren’t expensive and aren’t locked in our workshop, we have had a set of wheels stolen off a vehicle parked outside our building awaiting a long term decision of to repair or not! Small business deal with enough daily crap to not have to deal with these petty theft of people who can’t keep their grubby little fingers off things t...hat don’t belong to them! It disappoints me every time and it’s no wonder business owners give up and move on due to the high costs and insurance costs of covering these things! It’s not everyday we get to smile and have a great day with everything going right as much as we all try our best to be there for everyone of our customers. This always saddens our team when these things happen as we work our ass’s off everyday to make our customers happy and then we come into work to find Hubcaps or wheels stolen off a vehicle! 15.01.2022 Hey Everyone In regards to the recent Covid-19 issue that is upon us all out there, We have implemented extra processes to ensure our staff safety and for your safety. We are cleaning keys upon arrival of your vehicle, Cleaning door handles and regularly touched parts of your vehicle including steering wheel and gear knob with Hospital grade disinfectant, We are cleaning your car again before your arrival to ensure that there is no cross contamination from either parties. Reg...ular hand washing and hand sanitiser is being used. We ask that if your feeling unwell, Have any symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has come back from overseas, Been on any flights in the last 14 days or have come into contact with a person with Covid-19 that you stay at home and contact us via facebook phone or email to rebook your vehicle at a later date. This is a big concern to us as if one in our workplace contacts the virus we all have to self isolate for 14 days. We are and will be open for as long as practical and safe to do so or until the Government asks us all to close and stay at home. Our staff come first for safety and we will not have our safety put at risk. These are troubling times and we ask for your caution. We ask that you turn your air-conditioning and ventilation system off before dropping your vehicle off to us as and ensure the air setting is set to fresh air, It is recommended at this time to drive with fresh air entering the cabin to limit recycled air. We ask that you stick to the social distancing rule while in our workplace and stand behind the line on the ground in our office area, We are disinfecting the counter, Eftpos and regularly touched surfaces all the time. If you do have to wait for your vehicle we have a seat outside in the fresh air for you that is cleaned between customers. We ask that you pay with eftpos rather than cash but we will still be taking cash if absolutely necessary. Please stay safe everyone, We appreciate your Business. I can’t stress enough that you all have to support small business where you can, weather it be fruit and veggie shops, butchers or your favorite restaurant just buy takeaway from them so they can still support their families! It’s difficult times ahead but as a community we all need to stick together and support each other
