11.01.2022 There’s nothing more scary and exciting than an adventure. Today I pushed myself outside my comfort zone and went for a walk and a hike up Cecil Hills with a friend. Normally I’d still be in bed because I’m not a morning person at all. However, I found myself taken back by the beauty of the bush walk, the fresh air, the light and the sounds of birds and frogs. 10.01.2022 What I want my future to be... You know when I was little I wanted to be an astronaut. I picked one of the hardest vocations in the world. As I grew up of course the dream job changed to police officer, script writer and now energy therapist. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished but I’m taking the next step and planning to take energy therapist to the next level. 08.01.2022 : @neekora Today I decided to push myself to go for a walk in and amongst nature. It was hard though because my level of fitness had gone down. A walk which once was easy and that I could jog now left me breathless with weak legs. But instead of getting down about it like I usually would, I decided to notice things that were great by taking the walk slow. I could take my time and notice the birds nesting. I could enjoy the expressions of dogs as they enjoy their walks with their owners. Isn’t it funny how most dogs share the same characteristics as their owners? This is something I always planned to do but never got time to designing. I’ll show it off as soon as I print it, but it’s a super fun way to do energy healing.
