25.01.2022 Sarah Wilson has quit , quitting sugar. She now regularly eats cake, chocolate and drinks red wine. Perfect example of how restriction of food isn’t sustainable. No matter how long you keep it up, how good your willpower is , at some point you will just feel overwhelmed and end up bingeing on the very foods you were restricting. Great she has finally seen the light. Sugar can be part of a normal , healthy diet. It’s not the enemy! Annoying though that she wrote a book about quitting sugar and convinced many people that it was a good idea!

15.01.2022 I often think the world has gone mad with its obsession over weight. Weight watchers, this is a step too far. Dieting in any form is harmful and doesn’t work long term. Dieting is the highest risk factor for developing an eating disorder. Our children do not need to be taught how to diet. This app is unethical and will only teach kids to hate their bodies and develop a poor relationship with food. Please sign the petition to stop this app.



14.01.2022 Food fears are real and can be overwhelming. Overcoming food fears takes you out of your comfort zone. Try to be curious and non-judgmental. Start by just smelling the food. then when you are ready take a small bite. Be mindful and see how the food feels in your mouth. If you can, swallow the food. Then reflect on your experience.

The industry won't change, but we can. What if we, as adults, all stood up in this way for our own bodies and their right to be cared for and protected from the same junk too?
