20.01.2022 Even though we can't get to the gym to work out during this trying time, there are exercises that you can do at home to keep fit and well. I'll be posting workouts that you can do with minimal equipment such as hand weights, a resistance band, a swissball and a step. Stay tuned.

Warm up - 5 mins Circuit - 1 min each... Step ups Curl and press Crunch with leg extension X factor Side taps Chest flies Bow to the Queen Balance Crossovers Front raisers Repeat the circuit 2 or 3 times Cool down and stretch Enjoy your workout

Speed Straddle Tip the cup Side lying leg lifts Russian twist Step knee Squat and press Balance Leg lifts (on the floor, face down) Weights boxing Crossovers 5 mins cardio - walk, jog, step bike Repeat the circuit 2 more times. Cool down and stretch. Enjoy the circuit 2 - 3 times per week.



13.01.2022 Swissball Workouts These are an important part of any exercise program to increase lower back mobility, increase abdominal and back muscle strength and increase balance and stability. To do the following workout you'll need a swissball, handweights and an exercise mat.... Front raises Knee tuck Arm crossovers Walk out bridge with dips Triceps Side lying leg lifts. Try 3 sets of 8 repetitions of each exercise and repeat twice weekly. Enjoy your workout.
