25.01.2022 7 years since our official opening. In a year that has had so many negatives I have so many things to be thankful for. Back then I had no idea of the road ahead. Thanks to all who continue to write lines in the storybook of Total Exercise Physiology!

06.01.2022 Staying home doesnt equal staying in bed! Find activities that maintain focus - work, a puzzle, learn to sew or pick up a musical instrument. Additionally exercise still has a green light ( so long as its by your self, with members of your house hold or one other person). Getting out side allows our bodies and mind reset and recharge! It collects some vitamin D from the sun. Lastly if youre like my neighborhood you get to say a socially distanced hello to lots of new friends.
