20.01.2022 For all the people who requested the recipe from the previous post 1.5kg Chicken Thighs skin off 50gr Barrero Spice Mix 30ml Vegetable Oil... 30ml Lemon Juice - Mix well and ensure all pieces are coated - Marinate overnight - Grill on medium high heat - Grill each piece flat on grill for 3 mins approx, turn and finish cooking futher 3 minutes or until fillet feels firm to the touch all the way through without burning - Place into container or bowl and cover with gladwrap. - Allow steam heat to finish cooking and serve with whatever you like (mixed greens or brown rice and Peri Peri sauce does the trick), but make sure you hit your macros (These ones are 30g of pure protein with mixed greens)
