25.01.2022 In the current, volatile landscape, one thing will come to fruition- we will work out what we truly love and what we can't live without. It will be a once in a ...lifetime opportunity for a parent to see if their son or daughter truly loves the game enough to put in all the individual training that all top athletes have put in over and over again. A coach and a club can only provide a percentage of what you need to get better. The biggest factor is the individual desire to be better today than you were yesterday. Have a nice weekend followers See more

21.01.2022 Things seem to be changing daily and there is some confusion about whether 1-on-1 training is permissible as it was announced last night that boot camps are not allowed which I understood to include personal training but that may not be the case. I have received a few requests for private sessions so if anyone else is interested please let me know so I can work out a schedule.

01.01.2022 Klose's story. "I gave football enough because I didn't recognize me anymore. Today, young people think of something else. When I was a child, I only thought a...bout training to be able to become someone in the sport that I always loved. In lazio and in the national team, after each training put me in a bathtub full of ice to avoid injuries. The young people of the team, on the contrary, refused systematically. When they saw you pick up the bag with the balls (in training), they said: "but who makes you do that"? At that time, I thought: "You are 20 years old and you cannot help a 60-year-old worker"? they worried if the boots matched the socks. I saw these things and decided to continue alone. That's why I said enough. The football where I grew up ended. Today there are other things. Now they think first of all about the cars, about what the sponsor gives them and in the boots with their names. Only after these things comes the game The image is now more important. That's why I said enough, because for me the only thing that mattered was football in its purest form. " * Miroslav Klose, former world champion striker and author of 16 goals in cups.
