Total Homecare Services is currently supporting a growing number of participants. We have numerous highly satisfied participants who come from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. We work on and create individualised plans for each participant in our portfolio; as per each participant’s distinctive disability requirements and goals. We take pride in informing that we deal with participants of all ages and our services are not limited to a specific demographic. We deal in assisting our participants with Plan Management, life stages and personal activities, providing behaviour support and support with participation in community. We also work on the development of life skills, Group centre activities and therapeutic assistance. We also cannot be taken aback in being the participant’s champion because we take care of them by providing support with Household tasks, Personal care and safety as well as help and company with travel and transport. At Total Homecare Services, each staff member believes in caring for our participants, connecting with them and putting themselves on the front foot with the participants to provide them with the best personalised services.
