25.01.2022 This is where it all began! Just over 10 years in the making. You wouldn't believe the story without the script. Sometimes I can't believe it myself if I'm honest! I never claimed to be a business person. I never dreamt or intended to become one either. Circumstances threw me into the fire and something had to be done in order to survive. I'm not one to sit around and wait for things to happen, I'm not one to sit and suffer in self pity or what could have or should have been ...done. I'm not one to hold my hand out in expectation for someone to fix the problems or mine, I'm not the type to hold onto why me and why did things transpire the way they have in many situations. I'm certainly not one to sit around in anticipation that it's going to all fall into my lap and if it doesn't then it's somebody else's fault. Instead I'll pick myself up, dust myself of, get prepared to get my hands dirty, get off my sorry arse and get in and get moving! And well the rest is history! I don't always get it right that I know! But hey I'll do better next time! There's far more to be thankful for then there is to dwell on and there's always someone that can and will do it better that wants your spot at the top in everything you do! But you don't have to sit and watch it taken from you without the fight! See more

22.01.2022 It's full steam ahead today on this major reno project! All sorts going on! Demo, clean up, electrical and plumbing works! Oh and temporary wall building to accommodate the cat!

21.01.2022 Needless to say this dual award winner is now up for national recognition and judging starts tomorrow! Very excited to say the least! Thank you to Michelle Aspinal from Inside Interiors for your fine touches in preparation for Ness Vanderburgh from Ness V Photography to swing by and take these stunning shots! Very much proud of this project!

20.01.2022 Fully frameless, custom shower screen. 10 mm toughened glass with matching matte black hinges and knob. Minimalistic and easy to maintain!

19.01.2022 Remember this!!!! Not that it's quite finished, well the kitchen that is, but here's a few before and afters, with the now butler's pantry attached! The panty now used to be a non used room well that's a little white lie, it housed a cat and it's let's say tray! fabulous space now with plenty of storage! Brand new kitchen, stone tops, double ovens, acrylic sink, giant island prep bench! Just got splash backs to go! We have now renovated this entire house!

19.01.2022 A far cry from our usual kind of style and work but getting this rental back up to some kind of livable standard has been a challenge to say the least! Not quite over the line yet but the home has seen some fairly major repairs and improvements for the property owner! We haven't really had much to do with the planning or selection process on this project as our role has predominantly been facilitating the repairs and coordinating trades to get the job completed. Not always the prettiest work to undertake but still important to create functionality with quality!

18.01.2022 Super proud to receive notification that this amazing project has been recognised as a finalist in two catagories in this year's HIA housing awards. Stay tuned although we have a long wait till the 6th November to see how we place. chuffed to say the least!

14.01.2022 Another current project! Utility/ air BnB space for Robyn! Really looking forward to getting right into this job now the demo has been done! Just waiting on some new fitments and wall bed to arrive so the frame work can be done to accommodate all the the bits! Single room with kitchenette, double fold away wall bed and existing ensuite! Fun little job!

13.01.2022 Kitchen splash back, random colour pattern, individual tiles come in a range of colours. These I've selected specifically to go with this kitchen and Caesar Stone tops in Raven. Grout and silicon to go!

11.01.2022 Breast cancer awareness month almost over for this year! Any excuse to wear pink hey! Lol

10.01.2022 Ok so this may not look like much or at all impressive however it has been a monumental task to get this project to this stage. As a result of exposing what should have been wall framing after we removed tin weather board exterior cladding only to find a kind of wall blocking and packing just enough to hold the cladding on both inside and out! So the entire sub floor framing has been removed, some footing repairs undertaken and all new framing installed in ready for new cladd...ing and double glazed windows. Talk about 10 steps backward to come 1 step forward! This project in its entirety consists of, total reclad of upper level, total exterior painting, new roofing and thermal blanket, all new double Glazed windows, ensuite bathroom, removal of existing side portico and reconstruct entry with door and frame and new frame work. Ducted heating throughout. And also reconfiguration of new windows to create corner window and centralise hall window as it was previously to one side as a result of previous alterations by old owner. So a total mixed bag for this project! See more

09.01.2022 Here's a little something! Air bnb almost ready to commission! Robyn has a keen eye for detail and Zen! Stunning little project with a welcoming warmth! Simply love it!

08.01.2022 Total Home Solutions is super proud to be assisting with community sports and events! We are currently assisting young Jacko and Cayley Quill with their bmx racing across the season! Can't wait to see their first race this weekend and for months to come! We certainly wish them well for a safe and happy season of racing!

06.01.2022 New alfresco area. Roof over deck, parapet wall with finished ceiling inorder to integrate the existing home with the new addition! Rendered finish by TP renderers and painted beautifully by their in house painter Lindsay! The addition offers protection from the afternoon sun and provides cover for evening entertaining or relaxing all year round! A wonderful compliment for this beautiful home with its stunning easterly aspect!

03.01.2022 These funky little hardwood stools built by our good friend Lynden Prince are a handy little addition to work station island bench on our recently completed project! Meticulous with details and craftsmanship is Lynden and we very much appreciate his efforts on our projects!

02.01.2022 Completed project! Bathroom renovation. Custom bathroom, 600 x 300 floor and walls tiles, matte black tap ware, towel rails and tile trims, floor to ceiling tiles, step less shower, 1500 double basin vanity, 1750 bath. Fabulous project! 10 year old home in the need of a spacious, flowing bathroom, allowing free flow of natural light with ease of use! Really enjoyed putting this one together!
