21.01.2022 Was just editing a video that I did with one of our longterm clients Ange. This was taken in the brief period that we were allowed back in the studio between the first and second lockdown. And then that's the screenshot I just received from her a few days ago! LITTLE BACKGROUND: prior to this year Ange would have laughed in your face if you had of told her that she'd be going out for runs on her own! Then during the first lockdown she slowly turned her walks with a sprinkle of jogs into continuous jogs. As the days, weeks and months have passed during this time I have been progressively been getting texts every few days with new distance PBs. It started at 1km continuous jogging without stopping and slowly but steadily progressed up from there all the way to 10KM!!!! VERY PROUD OF YOU Ange Siekris. AWESOME WORK

19.01.2022 Drew came to us just over 6 weeks ago. In the beginning he wasn't even sure if he'd be able to train at all due to chronic knee issues. As a trainer I can't express how rewarding it is to be able share your passion for exercise with someone and see the massive enhancement it can make to their life. (And we have just hit the tip of the iceberg with Drew so far!) Able to get up and down from floor with much greater ease (this might sound like nothing, but when you are in chro...nic pain you'd be amazed how often you avoid doing this) Able to activate and engage glute muscles (very important for stabilising the knee) Able to start squatting Able to do small bouncing action through knees Massive improvement in flexibility and function ability to move body in different directions And probably most important of all improved mindset and confidence in what his body is capable See more

14.01.2022 So following along from yesterdays post, I can confirm that from the 1st November we can resume out normal group sizes for outdoor personal training. So from this point sessions will return to 1-hour. No news yet on when we can resume training indoors.
