06.01.2022 To my loyal clients and friends past and present, It is with some saddness, some trepidation and much excitement that I tell you all that I am leaving Port Augusta. I have been offered a role with a major construction company which in this rather unstable employment time is too good to pass up. I will miss each and every one of you and I thank you all for being a part of journey. For those of you who wish to stay in touch I am not shutting down this facebook page. I will ...continue to record and post meditations for anyone who wishes to listen. Unfortunately I dont have time to say individual goodbyes as it has all come about very quickly (a few days in fact!) and I am starting work on Wednesday. I leave you all with a very full heart from the love, friendships and bonds we have created. If I return to live in Port Augusta you will be the first to know!!! 03.01.2022 Who ever told me this idea for migraines, thank you My head has been killing me over the last week and I have a peg in the car.. yes it might look daft but it... bloody works. So a massive thank you *edit* I cant believe how many shares this has had. My inbox is unreal. So this is some of the things people have asked. Yes its just a normal clothes peg :) If it dont work first time try moving it to find your pressure point. Dont give up Yes I do suffer with really bad migraines to the point i would be in bed for days with them. This has really helped me. xxx
