19.01.2022 Hi everyone I hope you and your families are doing well. Well what a cray time we are all going through at the moment. I have been going a bit stir crazy since being in isolation, as Im sure you are feeling the same. Sooooo......I have come across these amazing herbal teas and herbal remedy blends that I have been drinking for a few weeks now and Im really loving them.....not only for their taste but also the benefits of drinking them. 18.01.2022 Hello my lovely clients, hope your all doing well. I just wanted to talk a little about the importance of sunscreen. I was at my doctors yesterday as I had a suspicion that I had a cancer spot on my nose. My doctor is pretty sure that it is a superficial basal cell carcinoma on the surface. Ill be using a cream on the spot for 4 weeks everyday that will hopefully burn it off, otherwise I will have to have it surgically removed. My point of telling you about this is please use your sunscreen everyday even when your inside! If enough sunlight comes through the windows to keep your plants alive, then its enough to damage your skin. <3 Deb xxx
