18.01.2022 Tip of the day Correct way to shampoo your hair: Wet your hair thoroughly. Pour a 10 cent piece size of shampoo into the palm of your hand and rub your hands together to emulsify, then swipe shampoo over your head, working from the forehead to the nape of your neck and start shampooing from the nape towards the forehead. You MUST concentrate on shampooing your scalp and not the ends of your hair.... Rinse well and repeat with a second shampoo. (First shampoo opens the cuticle and breaks up the impurities. Second shampoo releases all the impurities). Rinse really well. Using a hand towel remove excess moisture and apply the appropriate conditioner mid lengths to ends of hair only and massage into hair for a few minutes and comb with a wide tooth comb and rinse well. (If you apply condition to wet hair it wont absorb the conditioner as your hair is full of moisture and therefore it slides off the shaft and defeats the purpose of the application). Towel dry and style as desired or you can come into the Total Bliss Hair and Body Spa for a full prescription on the correct home care. Phone 4228 1199
