We can run either a 4 sessions at 1.5 hrs each or 2 sessions at 3hrs each. The dates for the 4 classes would be 7th October, 21st October, 4th November and the 18th November. 10.01.2022 To anyone interested in the Stretch Therapy Classes, I would like to pass on some information on what the work shops will be covering and if you would like to come along, can you let me know by the 15th of October so that we can finalise numbers. The first work shop will focus on the fundamentals of flexibility and the foundation of stretch therapy. Well explore some fundamental stretches and what makes Stretch Therapy such an effective system. Whether you are new to the sys...tem (or to stretching in general) or a veteran, this session will give you a solid foundation for any further stretching and flexibility practices. The second class will build on the first and introduce you to the power of partner stretching. Partner assisted stretching is one of the most powerful tools used in the stretch therapy system. Well discuss the benefits of partnering work and how it extends beyond what is possible for a solo stretch. Well then explore how to be a good partner and also touch on the benefits that the partner can experience themselves. Review some solo stretches and explore a variety of partner assisted variations. If anyone coming along could bring with them either a yoga mat or large towel. If you happen to have a yoga bolster then that would be great too. Everyone should wear loose and comfortable clothing, and also bring a water bottle. Craig will provide some workshop notes and you are welcome to take a few notes for yourself also. 07.01.2022 Hi Everyone, if anyone would know of someone who maybe interested in infant massage classes. I will be holding a class at Buderim Mama centre on Thursday the 2nd of February running for 5 weeks at 9am for an hour and a half each week. The course covers a broad range of baby cues and baby language they use to communicate with you and builds a solid foundation between parents and carers. The first touch program is identified by medical research as the highest quality program of its kind. The benefits range from improved sleep, less crying and improved confidence through each developmental stage.

06.01.2022 Expression Of Interest. I would like to invite Craig Rackamann to demonstrate a stretch therapy course at my place or close by depending on the number of people interested. Craig runs classes for Brisbane stretch therapy. He is highly recommended in his field. Classes would run for approximately 4 weeks with each class going for 90 minutes. Both educational and hands on. Bringing a partner along is a good idea as some of the stretches are best with a helping hand. Exce...llent for both young and old.
