23.01.2022 SURF COAST TREK SAVE THE DATE! We are super excited to be back in 2021, on the beautiful Surf Coast. SATURDAY 1 MAY 2021 ... And because we've had a bit of working from home time on our hands, we've come up with an exciting addition to the Trek! A new distance! That's right! Surf Coast Trek 2021 will feature the challenging 40km trek from Aireys Inlet to Torquay, and the new distance of 25.6km from Anglesea to Torquay! The 40km Trek sees hundreds of excited trekkers walking the scenic route from Aireys Inlet to Torquay while raising funds for two amazing Geelong causes: Kids Plus Foundation and Give Where You Live Foundation. And in 2021, the 25.6km Trek gives trekkers the choice of the challenge they want to undertake! Registrations will open in mid January and will be restricted to ensure we run a COVID safe event....so you will need to get in quick! Feel good? Do more next week! The most important thing is - don't over do it too early, or you may end up with overuse injuries later in your training plan.
