We are open to provide necessary eye care services throughout this time, and your support is greatly appreciated.... The precautions we are taking: - Increased infection control methods for cleaning our practice, testing equipment, seats, benches, doors and retail displays before and after every patient use. - Segregated our seating to help limit close contact. - All staff are washing hands and using sanitiser regularly throughout the day. - We may ask you some questions about your situation - including about any flu like symptoms to help manage our appointment books - If you need contact lenses, solutions or to collect spectacles and cant come in, we will happily post them to you. If you, or someone close to you is diagnosed with COVID-19 and you have visited us within the last 14 days, please let us know now so that we can take necessary measures. If you have concerns about your vision or health of your eyes but are unable to attend the practice our optometrists can provide phone consultations. We are closely monitoring the current COVID-19 situation and following guidelines from the Department of Health and Optometry Australia to help prevent the spread of the virus.
