Before we get to details, we hope you’re all in good health and coped positively with the lockdown restrictions. And thank you to all the private messages of support received throughout the forced closure. Your good will was truly appreciated ... Moving forward with the new normal, we want to reassure all clients that your wellbeing and safety continues to be an absolute priority at TotalFighter fit. We’re not a big or fancy gym with large numbers of people or traffic and we don’t run large group classes but we will be taking precautions against any threat of the virus spreading. We’re not a gym with large numbers of people or traffic and we don’t run group classes but nonetheless we’re taking the Coronavirus very seriously. This means taking precautions against any threat of the virus spreading. ... We’ve updated cleaning procedures viz. increasing the frequency of sterilising and cleaning training matts, and trainer to wear a face mask during training. Additionally , training will be modified so NO Jiu jitsu or close contact sparring such as the Muay Thai clinch until further notice.
