01.01.2022 Thursday evening Karla spent some time with the juniors at 1st Ipswich Girl Guides These lovely ladies have been working towards their ‘Wheels and Tyres’ Badge this term and had an evening of Tyre Fitness with Totalfit Ipswich We did a number of activities including Tyre drags, Tyre flips, Tyre roll race, bicycle wheel rim figure 8’s and we finished off with some stretching using bicycle Tyre Tubes... Fun evening had by all & thank you for inviting us to be apart of your badge work!
