19.01.2022 here are some of my simple tips that have helped me to become a stronger, fitter and leaner individual. - INTERMITTENT FASTING! over eating is one of the main reasons for weight gain so to combat this I stick with the 16-8 fasting plan. Skipping breakfast helps me burn more fat in the mornings while I’m active on an empty stomach, it helps reduce my caloric intake throughout the day as I’m eating lesser meals and it also helps me gain some much needed discipline by holding o...ff until my feeding time of midday. - DO SOMETHING EVERY SINGLE DAY! the human body is designed to work every day, period! Contrary to what people think about rest days I personally don’t believe in them and following a well structured strength/fitness program every day or even just being involved in any strenuous activity such as bush hikes or competitive sports is a sure fire way to drop the unwanted fat, build strength and by doing something shit each day this will help toughen you up mentally to take on any of life’s challenges thrown your way. - LIMIT or ZERO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION! alcohol is an unnecessary poison which the body isn’t made to consume. There are many negative effects it has on the body internally as well as physically, as well as the poor food choices made on a drunken bender (kebabs).
