Recipe 1 cup of almond meal, 1 tsp of psyllium husk, 1 tsp of ground nutmeg, 1 tablespoon of natvia powder, 4 tablespoons of cacao powder, 2 egg whites, pinch of seal salt, crushed macadamias about 6 raw ones and some water. Place all ingredients in a bowl mix to combine to form a thick consistency spreadable place in a lined baking tray. Place in preheated oven and cook at 160 degrees for about 20min. Check. Let it rest for 10 min and enjoy the goodness without guilt.
